The PBGP range includes multiple types of buffers, each designed to enhance safety and efficiency:

Type PGF – Fixed-Position Buffers:

PGF 90 and PGF 140 are built to handle extremely high impact forces, ensuring long-lasting durability.

• Type PZPS – Fixed-Position Buffers:

  Similar to the PGF type, these buffers are designed to withstand high impacts, providing extended service life.

• Type PGFS – Buffer with Protective Housing:

  For higher impact loads, the protective housing prevents heavy damage to the buffer. Sloped protective plates and lateral steel guides protect fixing bolts, ensuring enhanced durability.

• Type PGS – Spring Steel Buffers:

  Ideal for heavy-duty operations, these buffers offer excellent shock absorption and resistance to wear. By preventing contact between the rubber and vehicle, surface wear is minimised, reducing replacement costs.

• Type PGB – Floating Buffers:

  Designed for maximum durability, these buffers follow the lorry’s vertical movements (150 mm upwards and downwards), minimising wear and extending their lifespan.

• Type PGV – Height-Adjustable Buffers:

  Perfect for vehicles with lorry beds higher than the dock level, these buffers can be adjusted up to 250 mm above dock height. They also accommodate vertical movements (50 mm upwards and 250 mm downwards), significantly reducing wear and ensuring durability.

Each buffer type in the PBGP range is engineered to optimise loading and unloading processes, ensuring long-lasting performance and reduced operational costs.
