Insulated Roller Shutter Project Derby

We’ve recently completed another successful project in Derby ✅

NextGen Industrial Doors designed, manufactured, and installed 2No insulated 3-phase roller shutters for a commercial property, helping prepare the building for its new occupants.

One of the shutters was specially manufactured with an integrated wicket gate, allowing convenient day-to-day access without the need to operate the full shutter — a practical solution for improving efficiency on-site.

Both shutters were built with thermal performance in mind, helping to enhance insulation, improve energy efficiency, and create a more comfortable internal environment.

The roller shutters were finished in a durable plastisol Anthracite Grey coating, providing a high-quality, long-lasting finish that not only enhances the building’s appearance but also offers excellent resistance to weathering and wear.
