NextGen offers a range of wheel guides designed to enhance safety and efficiency during docking operations. With smooth surfaces that prevent damage to vehicle tires and rims, these guides help truck drivers reverse into the loading bay with minimal effort, avoiding unnecessary manoeuvring.
There are six versions of wheel guides available, offering both fixed and flanged installation options:
To be fixed in concrete:
PEK (angled version, NL = 2,550 mm)
PEKE (straight version, NL = 2,000 mm)
Flanged version:
PEF (angled version, NL = 2,550 mm)
SMART PEF (angled version, NL = 2,500 mm)
PEF (angled version, NL = 2,000 mm)
PEFE (straight version, NL = 2,000 mm)
These wheel guides can be easily installed at yard level, either fixed in concrete or bolted into the ground, making them a cost-effective investment for improving safety and reducing wear and tear at your loading bay.
