The PTS electro-hydraulic dock leveller is easily operated at the touch of a button. After raising the platform to the desired height, the telescopic lip can be extended precisely to the required length and positioned accurately on the lorry bed. This ensures effective loading and unloading, even when vehicles are not perfectly aligned, eliminating the need for time-consuming repositioning. During material handling, the dock leveller automatically adjusts to changes in the vehicle’s bed height (automatic floating mode).

The PTS dock leveller is supplied with its frame and installed as a compact unit in a single step, requiring no additional supports. This design reduces installation costs and incorporates a tail-lift recess, allowing the system to accommodate tail lifts efficiently. The load capacity of the PTS leveller meets forklift axle load requirements, even in worst-case scenarios.

The PTS dock leveller complies fully with the latest European Standard EN 1398 and carries the CE marking. It has also been voluntarily certified by the globally recognised German Technical Inspection Association (TÜV) and awarded the GS mark.
