The PAT2 system includes a hydraulic dock leveller with a telescopic lip, reinforced lateral treads, and a robust design. Operated at the touch of a button, the PT2 leveller within the system ensures precise positioning, while the telescopic lip automatically adjusts to the vehicle’s movements during loading or unloading (automatic floating position). Its flexible lip length allows for efficient handling of vehicles that may not be perfectly aligned, eliminating the need for complex repositioning.

The PAT2 is an ideal solution for extending an existing building, as it requires minimal preparatory construction work and reduces operating costs. It can be installed at various angles (45°, 60°, 75°, 90°, 105°, 120°, 135°), ensuring optimal use of space and smooth loading and unloading operations. The steel components are available in either hot-dip galvanized or painted finishes for added durability.

The stepped version of the PAT2 loading ramp allows docking of different vehicle types, particularly when the vehicle’s loading height is lower than the loading station. This version ensures hassle-free door opening after the vehicle is docked.

For even greater functionality, the PAT2 system can be upgraded to a full loading house. This cladded unit combines a loading ramp, dock shelter, sectional door, and dock leveller into a complete independent system, installed at the front of the building to streamline operations.

The PAT2 loading ramp meets the latest European standards (DIN EN 1398) and is GS certified.
